No listings site replaces a serious document check. diaspora.immo does not issue legal validation of a property. You can (and should) request papers early, to avoid investing time in an impossible lead.
Common baseline (often useful)
- Identity of the person selling or renting (and link to the property).
- Proof of ownership or right to dispose of the property.
- Plans / floor areas if available.
- Charges, taxes, and any announced debts.
For land, add specific points: land caution checklist .
Have a qualified professional review the file
As soon as amounts become significant, have a notary or local advisor review the file. The platform can help you find the listing and contact the advertiser: it does not sign on your behalf.
If you buy from abroad, also follow buying from the diaspora .
