Account

First name, last name, email, phone.

Listing

Advertiser contact details, property information, photos, location, descriptive content.

Technical

IP address, browser, technical logs, and security-related data.

Report

Reason, message, listing concerned and, if requested, the reporter’s contact details.

3. Purposes

Data is used to provide the service, publish and moderate listings, enable communication with the advertiser, manage accounts, process reports, prevent abuse, ensure platform security, and respond to support requests.

4. Public visibility of listing information

Some information voluntarily provided by the advertiser becomes public on their listing, according to their choices: professional or advertiser name, phone number, WhatsApp number, property information, and photos. It is then visible to anyone viewing the listing.

5. Recipients

Data is intended for the diaspora.immo team and its technical providers strictly necessary to operate the service. Public listing information is visible to site visitors.

6. Retention periods

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described above: lifetime of the account or listing, then applicable legal periods. Detailed retention periods will be specified as the service consolidates.

7. Security

diaspora.immo implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, and disclosure.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, or deletion of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to certain processing, by writing to the contact address below.

10. Cookies and audience measurement

diaspora.immo does not use advertising cookies or third-party audience measurement tools. Only technical storage essential to the site’s operation (session, display preferences) may be used.
