Publishing on diaspora.immo follows a simple path: draft, then going live as soon as the required information is valid. A credit is tied to the first successful publication, not to merely saving a draft. Moderation can happen afterwards.

The steps

  1. Create your account with your WhatsApp number.
  2. Fill in the property, at least one photo, and contact details.
  3. Publish: the listing is visible immediately.
  4. One credit is used on that first publication.
  5. diaspora.immo may later review it and request a correction if needed.

Important: a live listing is not a legal certificate for the property. diaspora.immo does not automatically verify documents declared by the advertiser.

Present yourself clearly as private or professional: advertiser difference .

For photos and copy that help searchers, take cues from what readers scrutinize .
